RL Plumbing has served San Francisco with dependable 5 star services for over 20 years. Our work and pricing is fair, we charge by the hour and pay our employees by the hour. You get fair on-site service and no up-sales. Our company services all of San Francisco and South San Francisco.

We manage over 100 buildings in the downtown area for Academy of Arts and Trinity Properties. Our expertise, equipment, and licenses allow us to do phases of plumbing.

The owner, Larry Bustillos, was born and raised in San Francisco, went to St. Pauls, Riordan High School, and did 5 yrs Plumbing Apprenticeship also in S.F before starting R.L. Plumbing.
