Our owner, Larry Bustillos, is a true San Francisco local—born and raised in the city. Following his education at St. Paul’s and Riordan High School, he completed a rigorous five-year plumbing apprenticeship right here in San Francisco before establishing R&L Plumbing to serve his hometown.
Since then, Larry has expanded R&L Plumbing to a second location in San Lorenzo, focused on the East Bay and 680 Corridor.
